Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed in the shop on ntropyx.com. Supply contracts negotiated with our commercial desk are governed by their own agreement, not by this page.

1. Who sells

The seller is Virgo Global Energy SA, Z. I. Le Trési 3, 1028 Préverenges, canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Business identification number IDE/UID CHE-104.136.917.

2. How an order is concluded

You add items to the basket from the shop. The basket lists every item and its quantity, and shows the subtotal excluding VAT, the VAT at 8.1 % and the shipping cost as three separate lines. You can change a quantity or remove an item at any point before the order is sent.

Pay now opens the delivery form. Place order sends it, and the contract is concluded at that moment. A confirmation reaches you immediately by email, with the Swiss QR bill attached.

3. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland only.

Orders are dispatched within three to five working days of the payment reaching our account. Payment is by bank transfer, so the count starts when the transfer arrives, not when the order is placed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT at 8.1 %. Shipping is added on top and is shown in the basket before the order is sent, never after.

Payment is by bank transfer, using the Swiss QR bill attached to your order confirmation.

5. Returns

An online purchase carries no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law. Delivered products are not taken back.

6. Faulty item or wrong delivery

If what you receive is faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as it arrives through the contact form. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the return carriage.

7. Changes to this page

If these terms change, this page changes with them and the effective date above is updated. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you place it.
